Alicen Warriner had her hands full with more bags, boogie boards and sand buckets than she could carry when she took her three young children to the beach in 2007. Juggling towels, togs and all the things needed for a fun morning out, Alicen realised there must be a better way. So she designed very first Jeanie B Beach Bag. Alicen made the bag herself with fabric from her home.

It was a beach bag big enough to carry something for everyone in her family. Then people started asking her where she bought the bag, so Alicen started making and selling the bags on request. Now Jeanie B Beach Bags are an essential for many families on trips to the beach.
